Android users, have you ever felt your smartphone so quickly run out of power aka battery wasteful? If yes maybe you should check the things below.

1. Battery Waste Application


As an Android user, you can download many favorite applications. However, you need to know some apps make your Android battery so wasteful.

To find out what makes the battery run out quickly, you can check it in the Settings> Battery menu.


If an application that makes a battery run out quickly is not that important, you can delete it.

2. Outdated Battery or Troubled Charger


Any electronic device must have a lifetime, including Android. Could be, your smartphone batteries are outdated so the battery feels wasteful.


Well, if the battery can be opened and replaced you can replace it with newer batteries.

Expensive batteries can also be caused because your charger is damaged. If conditions like that you just need to replace the charger with a new one.


Be sure to always use original accessories to protect against overheating problems.

3. Google Play Services


Did you know, there is one application from Google that takes a large enough battery, namely Google Play Services. Unfortunately you can not delete it because this application is very important.

Well, to tackle the wasteful battery issues due to Google Play Services by going to the Settings menu> Applications> All> Google Play Services.


Next you can click Clear Cache to refresh the application.

4. Auto Brightness


One of the most useful though simple settings is auto brightness on the screen. By activating the auto brightness menu, you do not need to adjust the brightness settings in various conditions.


Unfortunately, by choosing the auto brightness screen settings, smartphone battery becomes more extravagant. For that, you can disable it. You do this by adjusting the screen brightness level manually.

5. Shortening Sleep Time


Did you know, the more often the smartphone screen turns on, the more battery power it consumes. Well, one trick to save battery usage by shortening the sleep time aka your screen timeout.


If you previously selected 10 minutes, you can choose 30 seconds before the screen goes off. That way, the smartphone screen went off 30 seconds after untouched and the battery was sparingly.
